Venue

The Conference will be held at the Hypobank Centre, the futuristic building of the Hypo Group Bank designed by the famous Californian architect Thom Mayne.
Bold lines create a sail shape, the distinguishing feature of which is that it slopes by 14 degrees from the vertical axis.

Glass, steel and cement, with their composition and in the transparency of the walls, enhance the lightness and the very unusual shape of this building which is extremely dynamic. The seven floors of the building house a variety of offices and functions, ranging from management offices to a conference centre, from the archives to a crèche; but there is also a bank counter, underground parking for 90 vehicles and an outside car park for 270 cars.
The Conference Centre has all the space, flexibility and services required for a successful conference, including a 380-seat auditorium, three secondary rooms and auxiliary areas.

The building is located within the "Alpe Adria Area" headquarters which, in an area covering over 110,000 square metres, also houses a swimming pool, a fitness centre and kindergarten with playground.
